Things you need to know.

Late Procedure
If your child is late to school for their specific time or it is after 9:00AM, please use the front main entrance door and check-in with staff. If a parent/guardian needs access to the school, please call the front office 604 903 3370.

Early Pick Up
If you need to pick up your child/children early the procedure is as follows;

Email the classroom teacher and the office (capilano@sd44.ca) with students name and times.

Come to the front door closest to the parking lot and call the office 604-903-3370.

We will then call the classroom to have your child come to meet you.

Drop Table
The drop table is located just inside the front door closest to the parking lot. The table is checked at 9:45am and 11:45am for items and they will be delivered at that time.

Reporting an absence
Report the absence via School Messenger or please phone the school office before 8.50am on 604 903 3370.
